The email opt in is for my mailing list it was for my rss but I changed that.

Thanks for visiting my site and just had a look around yours and it looks pretty darn good as well. You have a lot of cool features in the site, which I have a couple of questions…
1. Where did you get the advertisement widgets for Bankingblog3, etc.?
2. The email optin is that for the RSS feed update, not sure if I understand that yet?
3. Where did you get the video from and how did you put into your article, thats a really nice touch for the post would love to understand how to do that?
